• Initial consultation: Needs assessment and setting up project design framework (1 day).

• Introductory Workshop: Participants explore design-based instructional methods. through direct engagement, cohorts established and first strategy session (1 day).

• Cohorts support: two days monthly for a semester (8 days total).

• End of Term Showcase: Cohort presents work for faculty and visitors (1 day).
